Features, modules, seats, limits, trials and support levels are those stated in the quote, order or subscription area.
3. Order
An order becomes binding after acceptance and, when required, payment or D2F validation. Accepted special terms prevail.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, withholding and bank charges depend on the customer situation.
5. Invoicing and payment
Deadlines and payment methods appear on the invoice. Late payment may lead to suspension, interest and lawful collection costs.
6. Term and renewal
Term, renewal and notice are stated in the offer. Lifetime licences cover the agreed version and do not automatically include all future hosting, services or upgrades.
7. Partner services
Third-party connectors, Country Packs and services may have separate terms, prices and service levels disclosed before activation.
8. Compliance
D2F supplies services under the applicable documentation. Compliance assistance does not replace the customer’s legal, tax or accounting validation.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, D2F liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss and fees paid for the affected service in the preceding twelve months.
10. Governing law
Unless special terms provide otherwise, Serbian law and the competent courts of Belgrade apply after an amicable-resolution attempt.
